The Japan Foundation, Manila, invites bids for a PR and Advertising agency to develop and implement a PR and advertising plan and provide other related PR services for the Japanese Film Festival Online 2022 (JFF Online 2022). It is desirable that bidders have completed a contract similar to the said Service within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
The JFF Online 2022 is a project held by The Japan Foundation to promote Japanese films around the world. This year, the festival will commence online with the theme of “JOURNEY.” The films will be screened at the JFF Plus (https://watch.jff.jpf.go.jp/), a website run by The Japan Foundation aiming to spread Japanese films overseas.
The Japan Foundation, Manila will issue a contract to the bidder that is able to provide and implement a PR and advertising plan or idea that best fits the objectives of the JFF Online 2022, and as well as the specifications described in “The Object Scope.” The main goal of the PR and advertising plan/idea must be to reach more Filipinos and encourage them to watch the films lined up at the festival.
Interested bidders must submit their comprehensive project proposal via email at email@jfmo.org.ph or before 12:00 noon on Monday – October 25, 2021, at The Japan Foundation, Manila (23/F, Pacific Star Bldg., Makati Ave., Makati City). Bids must be clearly marked “Advertising and PR Services BID” and must include the following deliverables:
- Comprehensive project proposal (campaign plan/idea and budget plan);
- Company profile;
- Project implementation structure; and
- Project schedule
Bids submitted past the deadline will not be accepted. The appointment of the awarded bidder will be announced not later than Friday- November 5, 2021.

3. Budget
The proposal must present the total amount max of PHP 3 Million and inclusive of production costs, third party costs, taxes, and other fees.
