Invitation to Bid for Transportation Service

An open competitive bidding will be conducted using criterion of past accomplishments and credibility, service management, proposed plan and quotation. Interested bidders may obtain further information from The Japan Foundation, Manila from Tuesday – 26 November 2024.

Bids must be submitted with the title “EPA 2024 Transportation BID ” to The Japan Foundation, Manila via email (jfepa.ph@jpf.go.jp) on or before 12:00 noon on Tuesday – 10 December 2024. Late bids will not be accepted.

The appointment of the awarded bidder will be announced not later than Tuesday – 17 December 2024

Bid for Transportation Service

1. Term: Starting from January 13, 2025 until May 26, 2025, from Monday to Friday

2. Working days: 83 days within 5 months *Approximately 18 days per month, Non service days shall be carried over to the remaining months during the term.

3. Types of vehicles: VAN (Minimum 10 pax capacity) with fully air-conditioned

4. Number of vehicles: 2

5. Types of service: all-inclusive package (driver, fuel, toll fee and parking expenses etc.) *Your company must be accredited by the Department of Tourism (DOT). The units are covered by Third Party Liability (TPL) and Passenger Personal Accident Insurance policies in compliance with the law.

6. Service Route: Rockwell(A), Two Central Condominium(B), both Makati City, and NCF, Sampaloc, Manila City (C) *Some irregular schedule or different destination might be requested during the term for occasional transportation within Metro Manila.

7. Service Hours : Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., -Morning at 6:30 a.m., departing from (A) to (B) to (C) -Evening at 4:00 p.m., departing from (C) to (B) to (A)

8. Excess hour quotation(php/hour)

9. Bid must be an all-inclusive package (driver, fuel, toll fee and parking expenses etc.)
