The Japan Foundation, Manila, invites sealed bids for Domestic Hospitality Services for the 2025 Japan-ASEAN Youth Forum “Take Actions for Social Change” in the Philippines.
An open competitive bidding process will be conducted using the criteria of past accomplishments and credibility, service capacity, project timeline, and cost proposal. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Japan Foundation, Manila starting 9 May 2025. Other conditions to bid are as below. - IATA accredited travel agency
- An agency that has over three Japanese staff members and operates locally with in the Philippines
- Being able to provide support in Japanese in case of emergencies.
Bids must be submitted with the title Japan-ASEAN Youth Forum “TASC” to The Japan Foundation, Manila via email (jasmine@jpf.go.jp) on or before 18:00 on 21 May 2025 (Philippine Standard Time)
