Practice Teaching Seminar for Japanese Language Teachers on June 25-26, 2022
The two-day seminar for aspiring Japanese teachers was held at the Japan Foundation, Manila (JFM). Attended by seven participants, five lecturers, two observers and JFM staff, the seminar covered topics such as student-centered teaching techniques using the Irodori course books, transforming your classroom using the 21st century technologies, and how to teach hiragana. In the seminar, the participants engaged in small group discussions, learned from Filipino Japanese teachers (ๅคงๅ
่ผฉ dai-senpai), and practiced teaching.
With the fervent hope that the participants will continue to study Japanese and become resourceful Japanese teachers in the future, JFM congratulates all the participants for completing the seminar. We would like to thank all the lecturers for their hard work and commitment!
