Materials on how to write are also available for those who want to learn handwriting. If you find it difficult to learn all the katakana, why not use this course to study katakana?

HIRAGANA/KATAKANA Memory Hint is an app that allows you to learn katakana in a fun way using mnemonic pictures. It includes plenty of quizzes for you to test your understanding. Recommended for complete beginners in Japanese or anyone with an interest in Japanese letters.


MARUGOTO Plus (No registration needed)

Hiragana / Katakana 

MARUGOTO+ (MARUGOTO Plus) is a website where users can learn about Japanese language and culture based on the contents of the “MARUGOTO: Japanese Language and Culture”, the official coursebook of the Japan Foundation. Learners can use this website to review and practice at their own pace. There are practice sections for hiragana, katakana, as shown in the link above. It is recommended as a material that encourages self-study of letters.
