Nihongo Fiesta 2025: A Celebration of Japanese Language and Culture
Nihongo Fiesta 2025 took place at Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong from February 22 to 23, 2025. The event featured the inspiring 52nd Nihongo Speech Contest, the lively 2nd Philippine Kobanashi Festival, and a captivating performance by Maiko and Geiko from Gion Higashi, Kyoto. Attendees also enjoyed a variety of fun-filled pop-up booths showcasing the rich aspects of Japanese language and culture. The event truly celebrated Japan’s heritage, offering a unique blend of competition, comedy, and traditional artistry.
