The Japan Foundation, Manila (JFM) invites bids for the Purchase Twenty (20) Round Trip Air Tickets from Manila to Tokyo – Tokyo to Manila. It is desirable that bidders have completed a contract similar to the said work within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
An open competitive bidding will be conducted according to past accomplishments and credibility, service management, proposed plan, and quotation. Interested bidders may obtain further information from The Japan Foundation, Manila from March 8, 2022, Tuesday.
The details of the requested procurement are as follows:
- Number of air tickets (round trip): Twenty (20) tickets, with tentative flight dates: 15 August 2022 (Manila to Tokyo) & 26 August 2022 (Tokyo to Manila);
- Only legacy carriers will be accepted;
- Two (2) pieces of more than 20 kg check-in baggage;
- Must be direct flights to the specified destinations;
- Must include an unlimited rebooking option (Changes in the fare will be compensated by The Japan Foundation, Manila accordingly.);
- Passengers’ details and other relevant information will be provided on or before May 2022.
Please submit a signed quotation indicating your acceptance of the above details of the procurement to tmatsumoto@jfmo.org.ph. The deadline for the submission of bids is on March 18, 2022, Friday, 12:00 P.M. Late bids will not be accepted.
The bid award announcement would be no later than March 22, 2022, Tuesday.
