The Japan Foundation, Manila is proud to present the 33rd Philippine Nihongo Teachers’ Forum: Reconsidering the Nihongo Class in the Philippines to be held on 22 May 2021 (Saturday) via Zoom!
The forum will have two sessions: workshop in the morning and teachers’ presentations in the afternoon.
The workshop aims to discuss management of classroom activities for effective Nihongo learning which focuses on Paul Nation’s framework, the Four Strands.
Meanwhile there will be twelve (12) presentations from Nihongo teachers in the afternoon session which will tackle the following issues on teaching practices in Nihongo classes: Curriculum/syllabus design, Pedagogical topics such as Activities and teaching strategies, Teaching material introduction and Assessment.
The presentations will be held in three (3) Zoom rooms.
This event is FREE for all registered participants.
Priority in reservation of slots will be given to Nihongo Teachers who are teaching in the Philippines.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
