This coming May 9 (Friday) at 6:30pm – 8:30pm, JFM will feature the film Quartet! (2011). It is a story of an aspiring professional violinist, Kai Nagae who convinced his family to form a quartet. The film is shot during the Great Eastern Japan Earthquake, and its completion was supported by over 700 locals in the hopes of quick recovery.
Not only is the film for movie lovers but it is also a film for those who are into music especially classical music! What’s more, admission is for free!
For those who are sure to be going, please be reminded that you have to be there before 6:30 pm. We will not be allowing latecomers to enter once the movie has started. Also, we will only be accepting a maximum of 60 attendees due to the limited number of seating capacity so please be there on time. Seats will be on a first come, first served basis.
Thank you and see you on Friday!
